Terms of use

The rules for using this website and for sending us a brief. The service itself is governed by the agreement you sign later, not by this page.

1. Who you are dealing with

This website is operated by Ilinskii Ilia PR Novi Sad, a sole trader registered in Serbia, trading as Const. Contact: ilia@oshn-ai.com.

2. What this site is

It describes a service and lets you ask for it. Everything here is information. Nothing on this site is an offer that can be accepted to form a contract, and no page here creates an obligation for us to provide anything.

3. Sending a brief

The brief is a request. Sending it costs nothing, commits you to nothing, and commits us to nothing beyond reading it and replying, normally within one business day. The request ticket the page builds is a summary of your answers with an indicative plan and price range; it is not a quote and not a contract. We may decline a request without giving a reason.

When you send the brief you confirm that the details you give are yours to give and are accurate. How we handle what you send is set out in our privacy notice.

4. How a contract is actually formed

  1. You send a brief.
  2. We talk, normally a call of about 45 minutes, free and without commitment.
  3. We write a blueprint: what your agent will do, what it will connect to, what it may do on its own, the timeline and a fixed price.
  4. Work starts only after you approve that blueprint in writing.

The scope, the price, the term, cancellation, confidentiality and everything else about the service live in that agreement. If it ever conflicts with this page, the agreement wins.

5. What the service is

Const. is a subscription to a managed agent environment: hosting, monitoring, updates and a client control panel, together with an onboarding that configures the environment around you. Configuration, connectors and rules are delivered inside that product.

6. Prices and payment

  • Prices published on this site today: onboarding 990 one time, Managed from 390 to 690 a month depending on configuration, Concierge 990 a month, in USD or EUR.
  • Published prices are indicative. Your price is fixed in your blueprint before any work starts, and does not change unless you ask for more.
  • AI usage is billed at cost, inside the monthly budget you set, and is separate from the subscription.
  • Payments are processed by Paddle as merchant of record. Paddle issues the invoice and handles VAT and sales tax where it applies. Paddle's own terms apply to the payment itself.

7. Using this site responsibly

Do not try to break, overload or probe this site, do not submit other people's personal data through the form, and do not use the form to send unlawful, misleading or abusive content. We rate limit the form and may block requests that look automated.

8. What we will not do

  • We do not make calls in a cloned voice and do not let an agent present itself as you.
  • On health and finance we organise and remind. We do not advise.
  • We do not connect a system in a way that breaks that system's own terms, and we use official interfaces and exports wherever they exist.

9. No professional advice

Nothing on this site, and nothing an agent we build produces, is medical, legal, tax or investment advice. An agent organises information and reminds you about it. Decisions stay with you and your professionals.

10. Third party services and trademarks

We build on whatever fits, including OpenClaw, Hermes Agent, Claude, GPT, Gemini, open source models and workflow tools. Const. is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to those projects and companies. All trademarks and logos belong to their owners.

Press reports and public incidents cited on this site link to their sources and are quoted as reporting, not as endorsement and not as testimonials.

11. Intellectual property

The text, design and code of this site belong to us. You may read it, quote it with attribution and link to it. You may not copy it wholesale to present it as your own. Who owns what in a delivered agent, including your data, your keys and your agent's memory, is set out in the client agreement: they are yours.

12. Availability

The site is provided as it is. We may change it, move it or take it down at any time, and we do not promise that it will always be reachable or free of error.

13. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website, including lost profit or lost data. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

14. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Serbia, and disputes go to the competent court in Novi Sad, Serbia. If you use this site as a consumer in another country, you keep the mandatory protections of the law where you live.

15. Changes

If these terms change we publish the new text here with a new date. The version in force when you send a brief is the one that applies to it.
