Five things no assistant app will do for you

Off-the-shelf assistants cover the basics. These five are why people come to us.

It reaches your sources and systems

The company bank account, your accounting system, the ERP nobody integrates, a private channel or two. We write the parsers and connectors ourselves.

It acts in your messenger, both ways

Replies go out from your own number, after one tap from you.

Its memory belongs to you

Plain files in your own Notion or Obsidian. Export everything, any time.

One budget, set by you

Each task goes to the model that does it well for less.

Someone maintains it

When a source changes or a vendor retires a feature, we fix it. Usually before you notice.

  • The bank changed its sign-in flow
  • Connector patched and re-tested
  • Morning digest sent on time

Where off-the-shelf AI stops

Packaged assistants are good at the basics, and we’ll happily plug them in. The difference starts where your life stops fitting their feature list.

Why people stop doing it themselves

An open-source agent installs in minutes. Making it safe, connected and reliable takes a specialist 15-40 hours, and then it needs upkeep every week.

Questions people ask before the first call

Why not just use ChatGPT, Claude or another AI assistant?

For the basics, you might not need us, and we’ll happily plug those tools in. They stop at your own messengers, your private sources and niche systems, owning your agent’s memory, and having someone who maintains it. That’s the part we build.

Do I need any technical knowledge?

No. If you can send a voice message, you can brief us. Servers, keys, connectors and updates are our job.

What does “depending on configuration” mean?

It depends on how many sources, systems and channels your agent works with, and how often it runs. You get a fixed monthly price in your blueprint before anything starts, and it doesn’t change unless you ask for more.

Who can see my data?

Your agent runs in a private, isolated environment with accounts and keys registered to you. Our team gets only the access needed to build and maintain it, under NDA, and you can revoke it at any time.

How much does the AI itself cost?

Usually $20-$150 a month, billed at cost to your own provider account. You set the budget in your control panel, and routine tasks go to cheaper models.

What if a vendor changes or retires a feature?

That’s our problem, not yours. We track releases and move your agent to better technology when it’s worth it. Your workflows and rules move with it.

Can I leave?

Yes, at any time. Your accounts, keys, data and your agent’s memory are yours to export. Cancel the plan and take everything with you.

Where do you work, and how do I pay?

Remotely, worldwide. Payments go through our payment partner Paddle, in USD or EUR, with invoices and VAT handled.
